I don't recommend this hotel unless you are Korean and there is no other option in the island.
The best part of the accommodation is the location where is close to the port and even it's not, they offer the pick-up and drop-off service.
there are a lot of aspects that could be improved and I will not call it a luxury hotel except for its price: 1. The front desk is lack of English skill Before us checking in, there was a Korean family and they were given so much information by the front desk, which I expected the same. However , when we checked in no introduction at all, I had to even asked by myself where the restaurant is and where the cafe is , and still I got little information because the staff barely speaks English. 2. No elevator and no handout service Our house is located uphill, and it is at the second floor. I’m very surprised that there was no in house shuttle dropping us to the house nor staff helping / guiding us to the place, and I saw a shuttle in front of the gate not knowing what it's for. We had to carry our suitcases climbing up and finding our place, not to mentioned carrying the luggages to the second floor after a long trip. 3. The view is partially blocked by the castle. though we are at the second floor, the view was still blocked. 4.No teeth brush, no slippery provided. Even I asked if I could purchase them. i got answer no 5. Theme park is actually for Free I expected to visit the theme park and I was told there is an entrance fee. But there is a sign at the entrance of the park saying that "free entrance" .
